|Summary||0031729: UWP: Alt+tabbing away from a game makes the game think a key is always being held, cannot clear|
|Description||Alt+tabbing away from a UWP game makes the game think a key is always being held and you cannot clear this with io_clear(), etc., as the key is then "held" again a split-second later. This all differs from regular Windows, where you can alt+tab away just fine.|
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Start GMS2 and import the attached (2.3+) sample.|
2. Run the game for Windows UWP.
3. Observe it says nothing is being pressed.
4. Alt+tab away, then click the game on the taskbar to restore focus.
5. Observe the game now insists a key is being held down and even pressing space bar to call io_clear() will fail to fix.
