The original reporter sent a follow-up: "Even if you are not in a script, but just in an event of an object, and you CTRL-TAB and CTRL-TAB again, you will always be taken back to the object being the active window, meaning you then need to mouse click the events window to get your cursor back inside it then you can start typing. It's extremely inconvenient and counter productive."
