Summary0031629: GML: display_set_ui_visibility() not working on all devices
DescriptionThe function display_set_ui_visibility() does not work as expected on all devices. For example:

display_set_ui_visibility(0) in room creation code should show the Android system UI constantly.

Android V10 Build QPP6 .190730.005 on a Pixel 2 XL does not appear to show any difference no matter what setting display_set_ui_visibility() is set to.
Android V9 Build PPR1.180610.011.A600FNXXU5BS6 on a Galaxy A6 shows the status/home bar when display_set_ui_visibility() is set to 0. It should show it constantly, even if the user is not interacting with the screen according to https://developer.android.com/reference/android/view/View#SYSTEM_UI_FLAG_HIDE_NAVIGATION

Steps To Reproduce1 - Create a project
2 - Add a room
3 - Add display_set_ui_visibility(0) to the rooms creation code
4 - Run project on an Android 10 device
5 - Notice UI does not behave as expected.
