Summary0031621: HTML5: Running projects on Edge/IE11 does not work when using default device target settings, results in a Bing search
When trying to run a project on Internet Explorer 11 (both 32bit and 64bit), when the "Web Server Address" is set to the default "" on the Device target manager, the user will be asked to open the project with a different application and that the web server address cannot be found. Similarly, Edge will try to perform a Bing search instead of opening the local server address.

Changing the device's "Web Server Address" to add "http://" at the start fixes the issue for both browsers.

It is possible to run projects on Internet Explorer 11 using the default device target settings.
Steps To Reproduce1- Launch the IDE
2- Create a project
3- Set the device target to be HTLM5>Internet Explorer(either 32bit or 64bit)
4- Run the project
5- Observe the issue on the browser

fixed in github.

Note: to test, you will need to ensure that preferences are cleared. otherwise the default webserver address will remain as "" rather than ""

^ AND you will need to fix any existing Edge/IE browser devices you have created in Device Manager (or clear your current browser list and scan again).
