Summary0031586: Spine: Multiplying animations by a value less than 0.5 causes animations to become jerky
DescriptionIf the user has a spine animation and they set its playback value to a very small amount (less than 0.5) the animation will become jerky when using draw_skeleton_time().
Steps To Reproduce1 - Open attached project
2 - Run attached project
3 - Open oPlayerSpine
4 - Change 'scale' in the Create event to 0.1
5 - Run the project
6 - Notice animation speed and smoothness
