Summary0031578: Font: Text drawn at floating point locations will appear misaligned on Nvidia graphics cards
DescriptionWhen the user attempts to align text to fractional pixel locations, each glyph in a string will be out of alignment with the glyph previous to itself, giving text a slightly scrambled look.

This issue only happens on Nvidia graphics cards. AMD cards do not encounter this issue in our testing.

Steps To Reproduce1 - Import attached project into GMS2 on a computer with an Nvidia graphics card
2 - Run project
3 - Notice text alignment is scrambled
Additional InformationSimply not drawing at sub-pixel locations fixes the issue.
