Summary0031576: HTML5: Using part_system_create_layer() causes game startup fail
DescriptionUsing part_system_create_layer causes error in the developer console, This causes games that use this function in HTML5 to become inoperable.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Download attached project
2 - Import attached project into GMS2
3 - Run attached project in HTML5 in Debug
4 - Notice that you have a white screen showing in your browser (tested using Chrome)
5 - Open Developer Tools (ctrl + shift + i )
6 - Select Console
7 - Notice error message shown in Additional Information
