Summary0031559: Functions: Min/max window size functions do not work as expected
DescriptionAs you can see from the following sample, the various min/max window size functions do not work as expected on all desktop platforms. Note also that for all of these, the manual does not say whether the width/height of the window decorations should be included or not.

The sample sets limits at 128x72 and 1280x720.

IDE v2.2.5.481 Runtime v2.2.5.378

The two minimum functions work correctly
Max width allows you to go beyond the max you set, so you are actually capped at 1303
Max height is capped at the max value you set minus the height of the window frame, so you are actually capped at 697

None of them have any effect - you can make the window 0x0 or as large as your display allows.

All 4 work as you'd expect (differing from Windows in that the height of the window decoration is not taken into consideration, so you can actually reach a height of 720)
Steps To Reproduce1. Run the sample on the platforms.
2. Drag the window edges in/out as you wish.
3. Observe the window is restricted per the description - the platforms are not consistently capping at 1280x720 even though that's what was requested.
Repro: 100%
Additional Information - Also says that using KDE on Ubuntu has its own extra quirks.
