Summary0031516: Android: One view over another causes device_mouse_x/y to return incorrect values on Android 9+ devices
DescriptionIf the user has two views over each other in the same room and moves a sprite from one view into another, the sprite will seemingly 'snap' from one location into another.

For example, in the attached project, the blue section of the room begins at 200 px down from the top of the screen but the sprite will cross over into it at 160 px.

Steps To Reproduce1 - Load attached project
2 - Boot attached project on an android 9+ device
3 - Attempt to move reticle sprite from the top of the screen to the bottom of the screen
4 - Notice that the sprite 'snaps' from one location to another
Additional InformationOnly apparent on Android 9+.
