|Summary||0031495: tvOS: Device dictates the maximum game speed according to the display it's connected to, can we change this?|
|Description||The tvOS device itself seemingly imposes a maximum game speed of what it detects the monitor/TV as or potentially what is set in the device's settings panel, which then makes games run at odd timings if the display is not capable of 60hz.|
We should see if we can break the link between game speed and refresh rate on this platform, so then a game could still update at 60FPS, but only draw 30, etc.
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Run a 60FPS game on a tvOS which is connected to a 24/30/50hz output.|
2. Observe the game is now capped at the display speed and so it running slowly.
