Summary0031429: HTML5: buffer_load_partial() does not respect the "length" parameter
DescriptionWhen using function buffer_load_partial() on HTML5 the length parameter will not be used and the rest of the buffer will be read

the parameters are
buffer_load_partial( buffer, filename, src_offset, src_len, dest_offset)

src_len is not used
Steps To Reproduce1. import attached project
2. run project for html5
3. observe that the second string is offset but that the length is the remaining buffer
4. run on windows
5. observe the correct output
