DescriptionIssue:
 Running a fullscreen game with a set frame rate (60fps) on a 120hz GSYNC monitor will cause the frame rate to drop considerably before stabilising to the correct value

Steps To Reproduce1. create a new project
2. open main options
3. set Game frames per second to 60
4. open windows options > graphics
5. set Start Fullscreen to on
6. set 120Hz monitor as primary monitor
7. ensure monitor settings are set to 120hz refresh rate
8. If available set monitor to show fps
9. run project and observe issue as the game starts that the fps will drop considerably then stabilise

Alternatively
open supplied project and run
observe fps counter on the left
