Summary0031396: Installer - Launching installer in a language other than current system default causes some text to not translate
DescriptionIf the user selects a language other than their current system default from the initial installer/uninstaller language select dropdown, the installer and uninstaller will not be fully translated. This issue is not present if the users default language is the same as the one selected in the dropdown menu (ie the issue is not present if the system language is German and the dropdown menu selection is also German.) This suggests that the language selection is being partly ignored by the program.

The two text strings that do not translate are the header text on the install complete page and the title of the new folder window that opens in the install location browser.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Set system language to English
2 - Launch the GMS2 installer
3 - Select any non-English language from the installer language select dropdown menu
4 - Proceed through the installer
5 - When you get the option to make a new folder for your install, click to make a new folder
6 - Notice the title of the new folder window is in English, even though other aspects of the installer are in the previously selected language
7 - Progress through the installer until the final screen
8 - Notice that the large header text is written in English rather than your previously selected language.
