Summary0031391: Installer - Installer launches GMS2 without explicitly notifying the user that it will do so
DescriptionThe installer, once the install process has been completed, launches an instance of GMS2. There's nothing explicitly notifying the user that GMS2 is going to launch, nor is the users permission asked for before the process starts.

The text shown to the user at the end of the install process reads 'Installation is almost complete, we just need to update the runtime when the IDE launches. GameMaker Studio 2 has been installed on your computer. Click Finish to close this wizard.'

This should have some text to explicitly tell the user the IDE is going to launch, as the current reading gives the impression that the runtime can be updated at a later date of the users choosing.
Steps To Reproduce1 - Run installer
2 - Go through the install process
3 - Once the installer has reached the end of its process, read the text shown on the final screen of the installer
4 - Click Finish
5 - Notice the IDE has started

The last screen clearly states that it needs to update the runtime when the IDE launches...

now it used to have a tick box with Launch GMS at this screen, but that was removed when it was deemed that the text at the top was enough to let you know that the IDE was going to launch on clicking the Finish button
