Summary0031347: Build Android: Always puts both splash screens in the apk, regardless of what Game Options says is enabled
DescriptionGMS2 always puts both splash screens in the apk (portrait and landscape), regardless of what Game Options says is enabled. This wastes a tiny amount of space in the package, but also could make some devices with rotation locked, etc., show the unintended splash on startup.

Expected: Only splash screens suitable for the rotation settings in Game Options > Android > Orientation are included in the package (e.g., if I have disabled portrait orientations, then no portrait_splash.png is added into the apk).
Steps To Reproduce1. Create a new project.
2. Edit its game options to disable both portrait orientations.
3. Create Exe.
4. Extract the .apk and observe in its "assets" folder the portrait splash screen is still there.
