Summary0031259: HTML5: rectangle_in_rectangle() gives different results to Windows
Using rectangle_in_rectangle() on HTML5 can produce different results to Windows when the source object is larger than the destination object

Steps To Reproduce1. import attached project
2. run project on windows, observe output is "2" (overlapping - this is correct, though odd to think of, as the source rectangle is larger than the destination, and this is the opposite of the described behaviour in the manual)
3. run project on HTML5, observe output is always "0"
