Summary0031236: General: [Mac IDE] IDE can't be installed on Catalina as it identifies us as malicious software
DescriptionWithin the past two beta versions you're no longer able to install our IDE on a Mac as it identifies us as malicious software, we need to change our build process to fix this before Catalina gets released and no-one can install our software.

This will also happen on Mojave if you enable the Notoriety settings too.
Steps To Reproduce1) Install Catalina Beta on your Mac
2) Download any GMS2 installer
3) Run it
4) See that this doesn't work, as it throws an error that GMS2 is "malicious software"

The installer itself has now been notarised and has been running, looks to complete fine, etc., for the last two week. However, as the IDE crashes on startup we can't currently confirm that the installer did its job properly, so can't close yet.
