Summary0031213: Events: Having any object with a depth <= -15999 will cause all other objects to not draw during draw_end event
 Having any object in a room with a depth <= -15999 will cause all other objects in the room to not draw during draw_end event (event still correctly fires)

The draw_end event is fired it is the drawing itself that does not occur
This effects only windows platform
(checked on windows, mac and android)

 Only the object with depth less that -15999 should not be drawn. other objects not at depth should draw correctly during draw_end
Steps To Reproduce1. import attached project
2. run project on windows
3. press space
4. observe sprite drawn
5. press enter
6. observe sprite not drawn
7. open object0 (this contains the draw_end event only)
8. open object1 (this object has its depth changed)
