Summary0030899: Physics: Fixtures are offset by one pixel by default
DescriptionIf you create some fixtures and then draw the physics debug of an instance (or render the shapes through "physics_world_draw_debug") the fixtures are always offset by one pixel to the right and one pixel down.

I took a quick look at this and realised that all line drawing is going to be out as these are set to defaults

float g_CoordFixScaleX = 1.00f;
float g_CoordFixScaleY = 1.00f;

They should really be set to something less than 1 (say 0.25f or 0.5f) this should fix most of the line drawing functions
