Summary0030855: HTML5: audio_sound_set_track_position doesn't work in Chrome
DescriptionIf you call audio_sound_set_track_position when running your game on HTML5 if your browser of choice is Chrome then this function doesn't work if you're using a streamed sound but does if you use another browser such as Firefox.
Steps To Reproduce1) Run the sample on Desktop
2) Left click to start playing the sound
3) Left click to get the current sound position and to set the sound position
4) Hear that the sound moved to the new position
5) Run the sample on HTML5
6) On Chrome repeat steps 2-4
7) Hear that the sound didn't move

Had a look into this and it seems to be down to this bug in chrome: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30351252/i-can-get-audio-currenttime-but-not-set-it-in-google-chrome
I've investigate a few possible workarounds for this issue but none seem to do the trick. It looks as though we should avoid using the html5 audio tag in favor of the javascript Web Audio API for streamed audio.
