Summary0030849: Functions: texture_is_ready() does not take a texture group string, when other texture_... functions do
DescriptionThe different texture group functions all take either an ID value or a string, except "texture_is_ready()". After talking with Mike R. about this, it seems like this is an oversight and there doesn't seem to be a reason why this should be the case. So, this function should be fixed to make it consistent with the others so it can check if a whole group has been fetched or not based on a texture group name string.
