|Description||As you can see from the attached sample, there is inconsistency between Windows/HTML5 as to how the platform deals with deactivated instances when using instance...() functions. On Windows, these instances are not seen at all, and so the instance...() functions return no matches. However, HTML5 can still see the deactivated instance if you call it directly by its id.|
Expected: Consistency (I would also assume Windows is correct).
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Run the attached sample for Windows and HTML5.|
2. Observe the different values they give on-screen.
Repro: 100% (Still occurs in Runtime v126.96.36.1996)
