Summary0030640: Runtimes: [Mac IDE] Changing runtime can sometimes revert back to the current/original runtime
- We have around 5 tickets, and I also reproduced this once, whereby you choose to manually update the runtime via the IDE, and after the restart, the change has reverted and you are back on the original runtime.

- The runtime change should persist after restart
Steps To ReproduceRepro <10%

1) Launch IDE v2.2.2.408 Runtime v2.2.2.320
2) Navigate to preferences - > runtime feeds -> master
3) Double click on a previous runtime to install
4) Choose to restart the IDE
5) Upon relaunch, observe you are on the same runtime as before

We need better repro rate for this...

The same thing, but in reverse has also been reported a couple of times - where someone wants to revert to an older runtime, but the IDE will put them back on the current runtime after restarting. Oddly, for these users the only reliable way to achieve this is to download some random even older runtime, allow the IDE to put them back on the current one, then choose the one in the middle that they actually wanted to roll back to. At which point, the runtime change sticks.

Could not reproduce. If this still happens in the current GMS2 release, then we will investigate a fresh report. Closing.
