Summary0030632: HTML5: date_compare_date is inconsistent with Windows, takes the time component of a datetime in as a factor
DescriptionIf you create two datetimes on the same date, one at midnight and one at midday then compare the oldest to the newest. On Windows this will return 0 saying that the dates are the same but on HTML5 it will return -1 saying that the earlier datetime is earlier which whilst technically is true seems to count the time in as a factor also.

We should make this consistent and make them both compare the time component or only compare with the date component.
