Summary0030623: HTML5: Change an instance's "Frame" or "Image Speed" in the room editor doesn't apply when running
DescriptionChanging an instances Frame or Image Speed from the room editor does not apply when being run in HTML5.

Steps To Reproduce1. Create a sprite with at least 2 frames;
2. create an object and assign the sprite
3. Put the object in a room.
4. Double click it to open the instance panel;
5. Change the "Frame" value to 1 and "Image Speed" to 0.
6. Notice it correctly changes the frame in the room editor;
7. Run the game in HTML5. Notice the instance is not locked in frame 1, as it should.

running in windows performs as expected and the instance's frame is locked
