Summary0030538: Mac: Games built from the Mac IDE with Steam enabled don't enable Steam
DescriptionIf you attempt to build a Mac VM game from the Mac IDE with Steam enabled you'll get the following error:

Error: Failed to load libsteam_api.dylib from /Users/Shared/GameMakerStudio2/Cache/runtimes/runtime-
dlerror:dlopen(/Users/Shared/GameMakerStudio2/Cache/runtimes/runtime-, 1): image not found

if you attempt to run a Mac YYC game from the Mac IDe with Steam enabled the runner will crash.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a project on the Mac IDE
2) Enable Steam for Mac and add in a relevant Steam ID
3) Run it for Mac VM
4) See that Steam fails to Init and you get the above error
5) Run it for Mac YYC
6) see that it crashes when it tries to restart through Steam

VM throws that error as it then goes and loads it from elsewhere, it's not an error, it's a first check
