Summary0030529: Audio: Runner never reacts to changes of audio devices, always uses the one the game starts with
DescriptionIf you run a game on Windows which is targeting (e.g.) "Speakers" as the default device, then change the default device to "Headset" in Control Panel/Settings, the sound will still be playing on Speakers and you have to restart the game to change the output device.

Expected would be that if you change the default device, GMS2 changes too.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a project
2) Add in any sound
3) Play the sound in an object
4) Add object to room
5) Run the game
6) Change the default device to something else
7) Hear that the sound is still playing on the original device
