|Summary||0030504: DnD Editor: Should re-position the camera vertically when dragging-out thumbnails from the toolbox|
|Description||The DnD Editor should re-position the camera vertically when dragging-out thumbnails from the toolbox. This means if a user has dragged out a node which has now been added off-screen there is no feedback and the user must manually re-position their workspace (or preemptively move it before dragging out the node).|
If you double-click a thumbnail in the toolbox, this does re-position the workspace automatically, so there is also an inconsistency there.
Expected: We add in an automatic vertical re-position of the workspace if the new node if not full visible on-screen. Don't centre the node vertically - just make sure it's fully visible and only move the camera enough to do this.)
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Start GMS2 and create a new DnD project.|
2. Create a new script or object and add an event.
3. Start dragging out thumbnails repeatedly from the toolbox to build your chain until it grows too large for the visible workspace.
6. Observe once nodes are off-screen the workspace doesn't move to show the new node as it is added..

||Now handles panning more elegantly and only pans if necessary. Panning a node to the center of the workspace can still be achieved by double-clicking the node's title bar or story entry. When adding the first node into the workspace, it will also pan to the center. Everything else will pan 'elegantly' to keep the current editing context within view.|
||Doesn't occur in the latest dev build.|
||Fix dragging in from toolbox behavior being different from double-clicking in toolbox (insert vs. append)|
