Summary0030423: General: GMS2 should be remembering its last window size and position and reopen at that location/dimensions
DescriptionGMS2 should be remembering its last window size and position and reopen at that location/dimensions.

Expected (examples):
* If you have the editor snapped to a corner of a 4K screen, then it should store this information and reopen as a 1080p window near the corner where it was closed (don't think we can restore the snapped state).
* If you had it open on a secondary monitor, then it should reopen on that screen (assuming the monitor is still connected).
Steps To Reproduce1. Start GMS2.
2. Drag the title bar / restore it to a window, and then resize the IDE in some way.
3. Close GMS2 normally.
4. Open it again.
5. Observe it will always open maximised on the primary display.

This had previously been rejected a long time ago, but we have now agreed to implement this.

Have moved to the current bug database now, as still happens in v2.3.3.
