Summary0030421: Windows: Vsync timing method checks do not work on WARP drivers, cause the runner to crash on startup
DescriptionGMS2's Vsync timing method checks do not work on WARP drivers (software renderer on Windows), cause the runner to crash on startup. Whilst we do not state support for this software renderer and it is very likely that in-game performance using this device would be very poor, it would be good to investigate if this is fixable so the runner can actually start.

A dev can determine if this affects their machine by the following line in their output log for when the game tries to start: "DirectX11: Using warp device"
Steps To Reproduce1. Be using a WARP software renderer.
2. Try to run any game.

This came from small numbers of customers having this issue, so leaving this unverified for a bit, see if we get any more tickets about this in 2.2.2.
