Summary0030377: Manual Content: Clarify some information regarding the clean up event
DescriptionThe manual currently states that the clean up event is fired as the last event for the object but it's actually always fired after the destroy event.

We also need to state that if you destroy an instance then that instances current event will continue until the end even after the clean up event has been fired.
Steps To Reproduce1) Run the sample
2) See that when the clean up event is fired after the instance_destroy is called the step event finishes
