DescriptionWe've had a user ticket which said game_restart doesn't destroy data structures on restart which is correct however the manual is missing this piece of information so we should add this.

the only thing it clears is instances (and persistent rooms and instances) - it would be easier to say that, global and data structures are preserved.

Reopening. I don't see any mention within the game_restart page that it clears instances only, or that global and data structures are preserved. Unless I am mistaken.

This was that the online version of the manual hadn't been updated - the local copy is all good, so re-resolving and closing.
