Summary0030242: Build Android: Doing a run when no device is attached results in an incorrect error about the device requiring ARMv5
DescriptionDoing an Android run when no device is attached results in an incorrect compile error about the (non-existent) device requiring ARMv5 to be enabled in game options. We should fix the error message being shown to users, as this is misinformation.

Expected: "Your selected target device is not currently attached, so unable to launch the game" or words to that effect.
Steps To Reproduce1. Start GMS2 and target an Android device, but ensure that device is NOT plugged-in when starting the build.
2. Click the run button.
3. Observe the compiler error when the build fails.
