Summary0030215: Variables Window: Specific property on instances in this project don't override their property correctly
DescriptionWithin this project if you open the room editor, open any of the instances then their variables window and change a specific property then save the project and reopen it. The property will always reset back to the default.
Steps To Reproduce-Open the project, go to the room rm_ch1_artS_Street
-In the room editor, open the properties of any of the instances left in that room.
-Open the Variables window, and override the "char_enemySingle" property, setting its value to something else.
-Close the instances' properties and save the project.
-Open the instance's properties again, and notice that it is back to its default value, and marked as not having been overriden.

I have fixed the issue. GMS2 was not correctly displaying the variable override but it was correctly applied and passed to the game. So this was a UI bug.
