Summary0030210: Manual Content: file_exists() needs to state that it only works for local files on HTML5 and not remote files
DescriptionIf you attempt to find a file on a remote server using file_exists() on HTML5, this will return "403 access denied", which in turn makes the function return true. When using it on a local server this works as expected.

We should add in a section about how this function works on HTML5.

Reopening. I can't see anything on the manual page about how file_exists only works for local files on HTML5.
