Summary0030143: HTML5: Doesn't fire Clean Up events
DescriptionUsing the attached sample, you can see Clean Up events are not fired (IDE v2.2.1.356 Runtime v2.2.1.269). All of the below actions fire the event on Windows, even in 2.2.0.

Z = change of room
X = destroy instance
Enter = restart game
Closing game window.

Expected: Not the last one, but the three key presses should all fire the show_message() in the Clean Up Event
Steps To Reproduce1. Start GMS2 and import the sample.
2. Run it for HTML5.
3. Press one of the actions listed above and observe you don't get any Create Event show_message().
5. Do the same on Windows and observe you do get a sync dialogue before the action happens.
