Summary0030056: Device Manager: Android "Test Connection" should an show error dialog when SDK path is not correct
DescriptionWithin Device Manager, if you're on the Android tab and you click "Test Connection" for a newly-added device when your Android SDK Preference is not correct, this will result in no visible result to the user.

This should show the same error dialog as 0030054.

Debatable if "Add Device" should block and show the error dialog straight away.
Steps To Reproduce1. Ensure that your Preferences > Platforms Settings > Android > Android SDK path is not correct.
2. Open device manager from target manager and change to Android if required.
3. Click Add Device, then click the Test Connection button. (You don't need to add any info here, as blank values will correctly show you a dialog if your SDK path is correct...)
3. Observe nothing happens.
