Summary0029989: Layouts: If you have two of the same script or event open in a multiple column code editor then we don't save both out
DescriptionIf I for example have two versions of script0 open in two columns both at different positions in the IDE, when I close the IDE and reopen it then it will have only saved one of them out into the layout file namely whatever is in the left column.

Expected would be that whatever you have open in the code editor is saved out into your layout file at the position we're currently seeing.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a script
2) Open it in a code editor
3) Show 2 columns
4) Place the same script in the secondary column
5) Close the IDE
6) Reopen the IDE
7) See that only the left column script has been saved
