Summary0029985: HTML5: Setting a sprite_index to -1 still causes collisions to occur even though no sprite is rendered
DescriptionIf you place two objects overlapping each other and within one of the objects you set the sprite_index to -1 on Windows this will cause the sprite to not render and to not cause collisions to occur however on HTML5 the sprite will not render but will cause collisions to occur.

updated HTML5 to return no collision when instance has no sprite image
updated C++ runner similarly for rectangle & circle collision (other tests already returning no collision in this case)
