Summary0029869: Windows: Some keyboard input is recognized even when your game is not in focus
DescriptionWithin the specified project if you load into the game, tab out of the game and press shift you'll see that the character still dodges even though the output log says the game has been paused.
Steps To Reproduce1) Open the specified project
2) Run the game
3) Create a character
4) Swap from Full screen to windowed
5) Tab out
6) Press Shift
7) You'll see that the character still dodges even though it is not in focus
