|Summary||0029833: HTML5: Layer names are converted to lowercase in runner|
|Description||A previous optimization has resulted in layer names being stored in lowercase in the HTML5 runner. This is inconsistent with other platforms and creates issues when referencing layer names in GML code.|
|Steps To Reproduce||1) Create a layer with uppercase characters in its name in the IDE.|
2) Call layer_get_name for it in a script, see that it is returned in lowercase.

Fix is now in 2.2.0 (both parts).
EDIT: Runtime v188.8.131.529 has the specific line of code which lowercases the layers reverted, as this broke instance_create_layer() in green, as other changes were required for this one to work properly. Have changed the report to be verified in 2.2.1.
