Summary0029791: Windows: [GMS1] buffer_set_surface() no longer works on Intel integrated GPUs
DescriptionReasonably mysterious - both on current green and current red GMS1, buffer_set_surface() will cease to copy any pixels when ran on an Intel integrated GPU. Tested on Intel HD 5600 and Intel HD 620 - in both cases, a dedicated GPU on the same computer has this work perfectly fine. AMD integrated GPUs are also unaffected.

GMS2 is unaffected.
