Summary0029725: Build iOS: Building for a simulator which isn't launched continues as normal, acting as if it succeeded
DescriptionIf you target a simulator and then run as normal, it'll continue all the way through to Xcode running your game on...something, but as no simulator has been launched, nothing happens and eventually your game times out.

Seems like we should check to see your simulator exists before running, and if it's not, then run it for you.
Steps To Reproduce1) Create a project
2) Target an iOS Simulator
3) Run it
4) See that this continues like normal even though your simulator hasn't been launched
5) Launch the simulator
6) Run again
7) See that this has done the same thing but actually works
