|Summary||0029702: Game Options: Installing both the Amazon and Google in quick succession only installs one, but says both are installed|
|Description||If you install the Amazon APIs and then quickly afterwards install Google Play Services from Game Options > Add-ons, there's a chance that one of these extensions will not be properly installed, though the UI updates to say that it has.|
If you look in the Extensions group in Resource Tree, only one extension is installed.
Viewing the Extensions folder for the project confirms that only one of the extensions has installed.
'Deleting' the not-actually-installed extension from Add-ons will allow you to redownload it, which will install the extension correctly this time.
This replicates easier if you install the Amazon APIs extension first (as it takes longer to download and extract). If you then 'delete' the Google Play Services extension from Add-ons, it'll actually remove the Amazon API extensions that successfully installed.
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Go to Game Options > Add-ons.|
2. Click the "Download" button for Amazon APIs and then, whilst Amazon is still downloading, click the "Download" button for Google Play Services.
3. Observe that only the Amazon APIs will install completely, but both assets say they are now installed in Game Options.
4. Click the 'Delete' trash button next to Google Play Services.
5. Observe that the two Amazon extensions are removed instead.
