Summary0029417: General: Noticeable performance drop when changing from slow to fast collisions
DescriptionWe've had a few reports in but this is the most noticeable one, they've provided a GMS1 and GMS2 project, if you run the GMS1 project with slow collisions it'll stay at a constant FPS but if you change to fast collisions or use the GMS2 project (which has forced fast collisions) then you'll notice that the FPS constantly tanks.
Steps To Reproduce1) Run the sample on GMS1
2) Run the sample on GMS2
3) See there's a noticeable performance difference between slow and fast collisions

This is a substantial change to the fast collisions system, and so will come as part of 2.2.1, as it will require extensive testing. It also relies on other in-game optimisations already scheduled for 2.2.1.

It also can't be brought to 1.4.9999 for the above reasons.
