Summary0029411: Functions: 'draw_sprite_ext' and 'draw_sprite_part_ext' quads have their vertices drawn in a different order from each other
Descriptiondraw_sprite_ext and draw_sprite_part_ext order their vertices differently from each other, which leads to unexpected results when using shader_enable_corner_id.

In the attached project, you can see if you press L that the sprite on the right is drawn in a strange order, breaking the sprite if viewed from an offset angle. This leads to issues with the shader that the project is using.

Steps To Reproduce1. Open the attached project.
2. Run, press L.
3. Observe that the sprite on the right is drawn incorrectly.
