Summary0029399: Game Options: NDK 16b deprecates ARM5, MIPS, MIPS64 - should probably warn users if they target them
DescriptionGoogle is deprecating and removing ARM5 (armeabi), MIPS and MIPS64 support from the NDK.
This affects YYC builds for those platforms, and we should probably highlight this to the user if we detect that their NDK version is too high.
Older versions with support for these platforms are still available here:

NDK 17 is set to remove support for ARM5, MIPS and MIPS64 entirely.
Steps To ReproduceCheck NDK release notes: and see point about support for ARM5 (armeabi), MIPS, and MIPS64 is deprecated.
Check Android Game Options -> General -> Architecture and see Armv5 and Mips are available targets
Additional InformationIt may affect VM builds as well, depending on how/if we update the NDK on our build machines.
