Summary0028830: Saving: When reloading changed files, should clean compile cache
DescriptionWhen reloading changed files we should be cleaning the compiler cache to ensure the next run is correctly matching the reloaded changes. I ran into this issue where my room and some of my sprites/objects were not right until I cleaned the cache - then it was all good. So I think we should just do that automatically when reloading changed files.

Changing files should still touch them and invalidate the cache for those items anyway. Should not need to clear the whole cache.

Not sure how this would be handled, I think a simple "touch" on any files that are source inputs to the asset compiler (this would mean the GML file needs touched if its YY file has been changed, that sort of thing) as the asset compiler will only check the "source" file dates.
