DescriptionWithin the attached sample project the circle and box are drawn centred on each other, rather than offset according to their physics_fixture_bind_ext parameters.

physics_world_draw_debug() draws you exactly what the physics is doing.

physics_fixture_bind_ext() allows you to add a visual offset so the sprite used to draw the instance ends up in the right place.
