|Summary||0028473: Ubuntu: Long delay in resizing game window, surface lags behind and leaves artefacts|
|Description||If you drag and resize the game window on Ubuntu, the surface inside the window will lag behind the game window, causing it to update after the window has finished resizing. This can often last 10+ seconds as the surface follows the motions of the window in slow-motion.|
This doesn't look nice at all. We should consider pausing drawing while the game window is being resized, then snap the surface to the appropriate size for the window.
|Steps To Reproduce||1. Run a game on Ubuntu.|
2. Resize the window from the bottom right in a spiral shape, or just move it around rapidly.
3. Observe that the surface slowly follows the game window, causing it to draw artefacts.
